What we do
Our core aim is to ensure learning technology success. All consortium members are provided with our Toolkit for Managers and/or our generic eLearning courses. But we don’t just provide courses and resources. We pride ourselves on supporting learning and development practitioners, through a range of optional events. These include: knowledge sharing seminars and webinars; an annual conference, networking and online training. We offer comprehensive support at every step of your journey: whether you are new to eLearning or have experience, we’re here to help you as much or as little as you need.
Toolkit for Managers: our popular online resources for just-in-time performance support providing busy managers and leaders with more than 3,000 tools, templates and resources at the point of need. Available on desktop, mobile and tablet.
eLearning: our portfolio of generic eLearning includes more than 220 eLearning courses covering: IT skills, personal development, business skills, health & safety, customer service, legislation, management development, and much more… there’s something for everyone.
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS)
If you have your own LMS, great! We can give you access to our online resources and eLearning to embed into your platform by single sign-on. If you don’t have a platform we can help with that – by providing you with one of our customised Moodle sites. So we have an option for everyone!
If you decide to use our LMS, we have a development group which allows you to be in the driving seat of Moodle developments. Membership of this group includes enhanced functionality and one day of bespoke development time for your site.
We know it can sometimes be lonely looking after your organisation’s learning and development needs. That’s why we bring together Consortium members at quarterly seminars and our annual conference to network, share experiences and get inspired at workshops run by leading industry thinkers.
Our online community also brings members together between events, to share ideas, best practice, resources, and to connect and support each other on issues they face within their organisations.
